Cannelloni alla Pappy

Cook Time: 45 Minutes | Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:
One jar of Ciao Pappy (your choice)
10 cooked cannelloni tubes
Grated Parmesan for serving

FILLING:
150 g / steamed spinach
250 g / 1 lb ricotta
50 g grated parmesan
Zest of 1 lemon and 1 lime
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp Olive oil
Cook cannelloni
 
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Add Ciao Pappy sauce (flavor of your choice) to coat the bottom of a glass baking dish. 
 
Mix all ingredients for filling thoroughly and add to a piping bag (or plastic bag with corner cut off. Pipe filling into each cannelloni tube and add to Ciao Pappy sauce. 
 
Once all Cannelloni are filled, top with additional sauce to cover the noodles, and add parmesan on top to preference. 
 
Bake for 25 minutes until the sauce is bubbling. Serve immediately with fresh parmesan.
